Please join for an informal meeting for Doulas, Caregivers, and Care Workers. In this hour long session we will complete a Pod Mapping activity, and discuss how to ask and show up for care in a sustainable way with the people we already know.

Pods can be formed for many purposes, but in this session we’ll be focusing on how they relate to care in times of acute need (end of life, acute illness, etc.) and/or more ongoing care needs around chronic illness, or your own care work.

This FREE community gathering is happening virtually on Wednesday February 12 at 4:30 PST / 7:30 EST. It will coincide with February’s full moon - a perfect time to connect and contemplate care!
